I think that most people can identify with feeling some trepidation when taking their vehicle to an auto mechanic for maintenance. However, knowing that I can trust THE DR. and the assurance of a fair and honest invoice for the services rendered have never been an issue for me. Even when there have been unexpected repairs and associated costs, I knew their interest was to take the best care possible. As a single woman, knowing THE DR. is there to assist and protect me and my automobile provides me with a measure of peace of mind. I've been a steady customer of THE DR. since 1992. I can say at this point, I feel like we are more than friends than service provider and customer. It would be very difficult to put a value on a relationship in which I have come to expect truthfulness and excellent customer service.

THE DR. treats me well, they do a great job, and they de-mystify car repair. They provide very thorough, individualized care for all customers cars. The customer is treated like an important client, not just a number. I never feel lost in the shuffle. THE DR. also has a very comfortable waiting room, which is very important to be, because I often wait for my car. I also love that they can often provide loaner cars for customers.
The next car that I buy, I will choose from what THE DR. services: either a Volvo, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, BMW, or Toyota. I do not want to go anywhere else, or deal with anybody else ever again!?

Many years ago in 1988, we were not satisfied with the Volvo dealers service, so we tried your independent service on Harbor Blvd. We became very satisfied with the servicing our Volvo received at your facility, so we followed you when you moved your location twice to Condor St. and then later to your present location. THE DR. has a very helpful and knowledgeable staff that has kept us returning for many years. The excellent service consultants have advised us countless times as to what the Volvo needed, and they never pressured us to do more than we wanted to do. With this expert advice and your experienced mechanics, our Volvo ran smoothly for nineteen years.
Several months ago we spoke to THE DR. about replacing our aging Volvo with a solid used car for our daughter, and THE DR. recommended a Toyota Camry. We were wary to purchase a car from a private party or used car dealer, but we were confident in purchasing a car from your business. For several months you searched for a reliable Camry for us, and it took just as long for the right car to come along that would meet the high standards of THE DR. The Camry did require some servicing to meet your high standards for selling.

I had great experiences with all of the service consultants, who were always so patient and professional. I have been coming to you for 13 years and just sold my third Volvo today.
Thus, I insisted that the new owner come to you with my car, and continues to bring his own Volvo to you as well. I told him that I had compared THE DR. to several other shops over the years and then again recently and the prices are very fair and The Drs. honesty and quality are beyond compare.

I wanted to compliment THE DR. on the service I received when I was experiencing an intermittent problem with starting my Volvo. The service consultants were extremely attentive each time I brought in my car to find the problem. I actually had to bring my car three times. The third time, the service consultant that I was working with actually had the mechanic that had been trying to find the problem waiting for me when I arrived. The mechanic was then successful and discovered the problem and repaired my car. That was approximately two weeks ago.
I received excellent service and always given a loaner car, which really helped me. I definitely will be back for service and repairs when needed.
Please let everyone know how grateful I am. I now feel that I can trust my car again.
